Taking Advantage of Busy Teachers by sneaking in extra charged

I was charged for a month subscription to their phonics app. I tried not to purchase the free trial, but it wouldn’t give me the option to opt out. I was then charged 20.00 to renew an app that clearly wasn’t downloaded. I payed for this out of pocket, and I am a teacher with not a lot of money. I felt that the program was over priced and then to get charged extra. Definitely not with the hassle.

This is my second time purchasing the Secret Stories. I use them daily in my Kindergarten class. I just wanted a different color set, that is why I purchased a new set. I just wish that it was less expensive, to be able to get it into the hands of more educators.
