Digest

I have been taking the gutblends supplements for about three months. I take them with a plate of porridge every other day and alternate between the three types, Digest, Skin and Mind/Muscle. They change the taste of the porridge slightly but not unpleasantly. The effect physically is hard to detect so far. I have not graduated to making smoothies yet.

Gutblends digest is now part of my daily routine :)
