Scarab Bag

Great size & Easy access

My V20 is my everyday bike, and the Scarab Bag is a great addition. It fits on the bike in a convenient location for access and doesn’t impede balance. It is large enough to carry an extra pair of street shoes for emergency shopping expeditions! And yes, also my bike tools.

Perfect for randonneuring

I bought the Scarab Bag as a last minute addition to my storage for Paris-Brest-Paris. The bag was delivered in 1 day, which was incredible. It fit on my T50 very easily and stored everything I needed and then some. It was pretty much perfect. The only addition I would make is some kind of removable internal separation between the 2 halves of the bag to keep things in place. I tended to keep snacks on the right side and it would have been good to have a barrier to keep them from migrating. Overall a great value.

What can I say?

Good, well designed, strong bag with a decent zip and enough space for pretty much any day long rides. It seems pretty waterproof but I try to avoid torrential rain nowadays so havn't thoroughly tested this. The scarab bag does it's job very well in my experience. And so nice to buy from a company where you can actually contact the people behind it if needed.
