Mashed Potatoes Winter Squash

I like growing these each year because of there pure snow white color skin ,, they never tarnish always pure white color, I also grow yellow ones and orange colored one, territorial seeds carry such a great variety of seeds, when cooking them they are amazing in flavor and texture, I love baking them in the oven cut in 1/2 sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar or honey and bake at 350* in a pan with a little water for one hour, awesome veggie to eat.

Bought this one and another one for my dad for father's day. He is excited to try it. It is growing really well with alot of blooms.

Family favrite

We all love these acorn squash. The pure white flesh is really sweet and bakes easily in oven or microwave, mashes perfectly without strings and has a nice mild flavor that requires no butter or spices, nothing on. I also love them because one plant will put out many many squash and it produces all season. It also tends to stay compact, which is amazing and appreciated.
