The necklace and charms are absolutely beautiful. You can tell that care and attention have gone into every detail. The packaging was also really nice and made the experience feel special. The business owner is very kind and clearly passionate about what she does, which makes supporting her small business very meaningful. A few things for feedback would be that at times there was difficulty with communication. The charms I ordered were out of stock but I wasn’t told this, and when my order hadn’t arrived after a month I reached out via email and didn’t get a response. When I messaged on TikTok I got an immediate and very kind reply. She was lovely and helpful, I just think more communication about delays or stock issues would make the experience better. My order took 43 business days (8.5 weeks) to arrive in Australia. Overall, I love my charm necklace and will recommend this business to my friends and family, and I’d purchase from Bity again knowing shipping may take some time. 💙🤍
