K1 3D Printer

I purchased the printer and it was great for a week. After a week I purchased the k1 cfs upgrade kit for this printer and it’s been a nightmare. The kits was straight forward to install but when it came to the firmware update it made the printer no longer operational. Reality customer support has been very slow with no resolution. it’s been a week now the printer still doesn’t work and Creality has done nothing about it. Creality needs to do better in resolving this issues in a timely manner.

Great machine and happy with the results the default settings are there to make sure your first prints don’t fail and make sure you use that glue to get good adhesion to the bed

worked for 3 days, then stopped responding to commands. Tried factory reset and couldn't update firmware
