Superior customer service
I purchased the 30 day detox but only received 1 echinacea bottle and per the instructions the book stated to use full dropper amounts. I may have burned through the full month supply in the first week and having none left for the 4th (not 100% sure) but the book did reference the quantity and it did portray and call out (2) bottles worth in the box with only 1 present. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone listened when I explained my situation, possibly being a shipping mistake, possibly user error, and I was in a pickle as I was missing a key component for the final week. The gentleman sent me a new vial so I could complete the detox and for that I am forever grateful. Superior product, superior service and would highly recommend.
