I ordered a custom ring for my girlfriend and she loves it! I wanted the contrast of metal on wood and the work Richter does is exactly what I was looking for. A couple of notes to potential buyers: 1) the matte titanium does scratch more easily than I thought it would so you should be careful wearing the ring in situations where it could drag on other metal, etc. 2) This is a nitpick for some but the display box that the ring ships in is pretty low-rent for a $400-500 dollar purchase. I had to buy a nice wood box on Amazon as I was not going to present a ring like this in a $2 disposable Chinese box. I hope Richter considers upping their game here...great opportunity to make the experience much better.

Everything worked fine even shipping to Europe worked without any problems. The ring looks excellent.
