Knocks me out

The bits of hibiscus are a nice touch especially if it ends up in your cup. This tea really does relax me and I have nerves firing off at all times. I had never tried most of the herbs in this tea so it did take me about 2 cups to get used to the flavor which isn’t bad just tastes like fresh dried herbs. Overall, I really enjoy drinking this before bed and plan to buy more and some for my mom.
