easy to order fast delivery. way over packaged - didn't need the expensive plastic jars fruit was packaged in. bulky and a waste. quality of the fruit was poor - imported tasteless and missing colour.

Glace ginger

The glace ginger pieces you sent are delicious - especially in my ginger biscuits. My only complaint is the containers for the ginger pieces. They are attractive, but are plastic, not glass, and with the amount of air space inside, the moist ginger pieces are likely to dry out too quickly. So I would not have bought four containers in one go. However, I have since put the ginger from two of them into small freezer bags, expelled all the air and put them back into their containers. Should do the trick! Thanks for your service and the lovely product.
