Ritual rather than habit
I had done some research around the benefit of taking Magnesium daily to help with sleep. I tried another company first however couldn't really get on board with the product - The capsules were so large and I needed to take 3 for the daily dose. I was attracted to Ancient and Brave because I liked the idea of creating daily rituals as an expression of self care. I now take this every night and have actually created a bedtime ritual around it. I now wouldn't be without it!
