True Magnesium+

Maybe too early to tell

This is the 4th Ancient and Brave supplement I have invested in after seeing good health benefits from the other three. Possibly a little too early to tell whether the magnesium is helping but I remain positive that I will sleep better once the cooler weather in the autumn months arrives.

Only taking one a day as take a few tablet but find them great no problem like to no am taking good quality ingredients and with ancient brave you know they the best ❤️

Magnesium has a lot of competition on the market . . . but ancient and brave is the true thing . . . I noticed a difference within a month
