Great Program
Haven’t finished the program yet but I love it so far a good mix of weights and circuits. Definitely a great program.

Tactical athlete review
I’m usually not one to write reviews on things, but felt compelled after almost completing week 11 of this program. If you are in any type of law enforcement, or contemplating a military career, look no further than this program to get prepared/get fit for duty.
I can honestly say I’ve never reached this level of fitness before. As someone who is not naturally born with the gift of strength, I feel so much more confident with the squat, bench and deadlift. I feel so much stronger lifting a weight I previously struggled with, as well as setting new PB’s in all areas. Also on the cardio side of things, if you have to run/respond with some heavy gear, this program gradually adapts your body to carrying heavier loads.
The mindset challenges are also just an added bonus which I’ve continued in my morning routine, making me more prepared to be on duty.
