Cured!!!
I highly recommend this for anyone that has been away from the gym for an extended period of time. I hadn't trained for nearly 18 months due to injury and pure laziness, I got comfy! I had previously done one of Industrial Fitness workouts a few years back and I knew they were good.
It's well laid out, with plenty of opportunity to push yourself out of your comfort zone and back into a routine of training consistently. I lost 10kg of bodyweight over the 4 weeks of moving and lifting weights.

Great program to reset and restart. Varied and functional with the right amount of challenge. Coaches are friendly and available!

Damn
This program is great I got to a point where I wanted to change the way I train so it was more functional and less body building this is the go to for that, it aloud me to reset my body and really start building up my stamina and strength couldn't recommend it enough.
