We never thought we could do it. But not only was the class so easy and simple to learn. I am able to bake bread at home. Look at my photo.

Artisan Bread Class

I took my German friends visiting to the artisan bread class. We had a blast. Sharon was very well prepared and offered a number of alternatives. Will take another class in the future.

Fun afternoon!

Reading the original info I had no idea we would come home with so much bread. I have made 2 loaves (which I gave as gifts). I still have 2 loaves in the freezer and the package of crusty bread still to make. Plan to use some as Christmas gifts. Sharon made it fun and was so encouraging to all the “students”. Would definitely recommend.
