Fabulous!
Some of the best brisket I've had in years. We slow cooked it and the meat came out amazingly tender and flavorful. Clean pasture raised, grass fed and grass finished beef is the way to go!

Beef Brisket.
These are smaller than other ones I've gotten but I ordered a couple to account for that. They had a lot less fat than others I've tried, which I liked. Taste was great and I will definitely order again.
