This blend has been added to my list of favorites! It’s fabulous on sweet potatoes, and I’ve become famous in my group of friends for my crispy baked “lavender maple bacon”. So easy - line a baking sheet with parchment, place bacon slices in single layer and bake at 350 for 10 mins. Flip bacon and return to oven for 5 mins. Then flip again and grind on Lavender Pepper followed by a sprinkling of pure maple sugar. Return to oven for about 5 more minutes, till crispy, being careful not to burn. You’ll be a hero! Great on it’s own or crumbled on potatoes or salads or soups. I’ve also subbed Starlight’s Vanilla Sugar in place of the maple sugar, also delicious!
