Great Gift for Father’s Day

I sent my dad a tri-tip for Father’s Day since he loves it and has a difficult time finding it near him. It arrived in South Carolina on the day I selected and was still very cold. He grilled it today and said it was tender and delicious.

Tri tip trifecta!

A couple of delivery delay hiccups but my tri tip was delivered rock hard frozen all the way to Arizona! A few days later it was given a light Santa Maria rub and placed on my gravity feed charcoal for a reverse sear. Paired with a smoked baked potato and a merlot, it made a delicious trifecta,
