Fourth one bought!
I bought this for a relative’s 70th birthday. I asked for her family’s initials, and 70, to be included inside. However, when ordering, I made a mistake- I ordered a gold one, instead of silver. This was no problem to Charlotte who swapped it over with no hassle. Great customer service! Delighted with it, as usual
