Hello Dear Shawnelle and your fabulous Team! I think it has been three years? Maybe more? since I've been using the skin sustenance set and I literally don't feel right if I haven't started my day with it. It starts with the sensorial experience of the spray -- both the aroma, but also the physical experience of spraying a bit of moisture on my face -- some days it is literally the only moment when I take time to breath deeply to inhale the healing energies! the serum is next and I start with my neck, end with my hairline and it just feels good. If I am in a phase where my morning routine is the only thing I am doing for self-care (sadly it sometimes is), I honestly feel nourished.
