I had the original Spark - I upgraded to spark 2 specifically for the line out. I also love the optional battery. Great upgrade

Spark 2 experience

The amp sounds and works as advertised so I’m happy about that. I mentioned some minor but disappointing cosmetic defects on a previous inquiry from Positive Grid but the report went unanswered. The amp gets 5 stars in my evaluation insofar as sound and function are concerned - better than the rollout model but not so much so that I would encourage someone owning the original to purchase the Spark 2. In my experience people who are disappointed by either fail to learn the nuances of tone shaping with the Spark. I own big name, expensive, well regarded amps that can do a few things well on their own, a few more with pedalboard arrangements, but nowhere near the versatility of the Spark - they’re just louder. I don’t care for the foot switch I bought though and wish I’d waited for the newer version. Best wishes

Saved me hundreds of dollars in pedals

This 80% close to the tone I can get with hundreds of dollars spent in pedals. I love my spark 2. Looking forward to try the reactor
