Threaded Stud Glider

I bought 12 gliders - 8 went to my Spendor A2 loudspeakers, and four to an IKEA Kallax base. Easy install and the change in sound easily audible. These very slightly elevated the speakers and allow easy repositioning / toe-in. Everything sounded “tighter”, bass more controlled. Moving on to the IKEA, ive been having sub bass / vibration issues as my amp doesnt have a subsonic filter. My turntable rests on a 2*2 Kallax on the mrtal base, right next to a subwoofer. Higher volume results in sub vibrations moving through the low density materials and into the tonearm. This dramatically reduced the problem and i can get a few nore notches on the volume control.

I bought a set of Giant Threaded Gliders for my B&W 802 Nautilus (75kg each). Excellent service and communication throughout the process. Unfortunately the tax-expences entering Denmark added more than a 100 dollars to the price :-( (Approx. 25%) I had a skilled friend making custom "receivers" replacing the original "ball-rollers. Standing om their new feets it was allmost ridiculously easy to dance the heavy speakers around on the wooden floor trying different positions, toe-inns an so forth. And the sound improvement.... I'm not exaggerating - a positive lift in every aspect . Tighter bass, more detailed mid and hights. Improved soundstage. More air in the sound. Couldn't have hoped for more... That said - Some of the improvement is most likely due to the easy better positioning of the speakers - But that does not change my joy of of this investment. Highly recommended.
