I originally got these just for their sliding capacity and one terrific bonus is that it also makes a lovely improvement to the sound which is a terrific bonus Also, I originally chose the wrong ones for my purpose, and Robert exchanged them without a problem. The replacement still hadn’t arrived within 6 weeks and tracking suggested it was going nowhere, so when I emailed Robert he promptly arranged an express replacement delivery which arrived just 6 days later. These things occasionally happen, beyond the control of the sender, and Robert’s response in each case was both reassuring and attentive (which is all you want from a reliable and dependable supplier)

Absolutely great items. I use them with my large Atacama hifi rack instead of the spike feet due to having wood floors. They're support it well and still help a bunch for isolation and possible vibrations.
