Best T-Bone ever...
My previous experience cooking T-bones - not from Arrowhead of course - always turned out a bit tough and chewy. Not these!!! Everyone loved them - flavorful and tender - and not even on a grill, just in a cast iron skillet on the stovetop. Thank you, Arrowhead!!!

Wonderful meat
I absolutely love the meat I get every time I purchase from Arrowhead. It is also shipped well so it arrives frozen, unlike some other places. I highly recommend, particularly their Wagyu products.

Great Steak!
Great steak. Excellent taste, tender and marbling. One thing is I’d prefer a little thicker steak around 1.5-2’’. It seemed thin and cooked very quickly through. I was I unable to get a sear on my steak and keep it at a medium rare.
