Helps a lot with Hormone Balance

What I really like about the bladderwrack capsules is how they help me maintain a healthy balance with my hormones. I am in my mid forties and tend to gain “hormonal” weight in my lower abdomen. Bladderwrack helps control that specific issue. Also, in general, I feel a sense of calm, I believe this is also from taking bladderwrack.
