Invisalign™ Cleaning System+

The container was missing, it was very hard to find a contact number to talk to someone human. I had to literally ask CHATGPT for help and it’s not been easy to get any response for an arrangement for a replacement. Disappointed because I depended on that’s complete kit for a 2 month vacation abroad.

They did not ship everything in the kit. We had to call, which took 45 minutes, to explain they failed to ship everything and get it rectified. Now I won’t get my products for another couple weeks. We ended up buying stuff from Amazon in the meantime.

I received another order where there were items missing that I paid for. I have reached out to Invisalign on multiple occasions and they have yet to respond to my emails. There isn't a phone number to contact them regarding my order I just received where half of the order was missing. I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service or response to my inquiry.
