I absolutely LOVE the products. They smell great, melt easily in my palms, apply nicely, hold well, and feel great in my beard all day.
The company is not very responsive, though. I sent a mesage on their website chat and went more than a week with no reply. So I ordered rather than waiting for an answer. Probably would have bought more if they had replied.
And then it took them more than a week to ship my order. So the “3 day” shipping was more like 14 days by the time it arrived. Still better than the first time I ordered, which took them 2 1/2 weeks to even ship.
But I love the products. I just know now that I have to order 2-3 weeks before I run out of product.
