My first set of scoot boots, the person I bought them from, came out to fit them, and they were too small. I paid $50. more, and she wouldn't exchange. Timberline Take send me a fitting kit and then my ne boots within a very short time frame as I was on the road again. And, I save $100! Great customer service, and I will definitely be buying from them again.
