IN ADDITION TO THE COST FOR OUTBOUND SHIPPING AND RETURN SHIPPING I ALSO GOT IT WITH A BILL FROM FEDEX BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY DID NOT PROPERLY IMPORT THE GOODS AND PAY THE DUTIES. IN ADDITION TO ALL THE SHIPPING FEES I'VE ALREADY INCURRED I GOT AN INVOICE SUMMARY FROM FEDEX EXPLAINING THAT I OWE ON ADDITIONAL $26.88 IN DUTIES FEES FROM OKINYAMA DENIM. BECAUSE YOU DID NOT FOLLOW THE LAWS FOR SHIPPING GOODS INTERNATIONALLY.

The DHL return waybill worked well. The return was delivered to Japan quickly, and Okayama Denim processed my exchange afterward. The process costs extra, but it was reliable and much easier than arranging international return shipping myself.
