QUALITY BENCHES THAT LAST!

Nisus has 15 of these premium BLK BOX adjustable benches. We have several of these benches going back from the EFP days in 2014. These adjustable benches are unique, durable, quality, and have great longevity. We recently bought three more.

Fabulous & Sturdy!

Absolutely fabulous, this will be a game changer inshallah. Did not take too long to build, which was my biggest worry. So sturdy and I couldn’t be happier. I will say for people specifically want them to train their chest. And if you are very big and wide, The top part of the bench might be tight for you. For me, it’s just about perfect. I do wish it was slightly wider. Generally speaking, it’s flawless And I don’t even think the wideness is that much of an issue.
