So, I ended up keeping this one for myself(ordered The Smith and we are the Smith's) and ordering a bigger one for my husband. That's what I get for trying to measure and surprise. The quality is great and so very comfortable. For the many years of watching Sam's ads on CR I finally got around to purchasing. Thank you so much, Terri Smith, Ontario, Canada Critter for life!

Very unhappy with our experience ordering from Thorum. We purchased the smith, and were initially sent the wrong ring. They sent out the Rocky Top ring to us, which looks nothing like the Smith. No problem, we contacted them and they were going to send the correct ring to us. It took twice as long to recieve the “correct” ring, and upon opening the box, I believe it is the wrong ring again. Either that, or they have no quality control at all. My fiancé was so excited to find a ring with the cold hammered look, emphasizing that he loved the dents and dimples and worn in look of the ring. The replacement ring they sent us was completely smooth aside from some scratches on the surface. No dents or dimples in the ring. It looks more like it has just been run through a tumbler than cold hammered like they claim. So disappointed. Would not recommend purchasing from them. Back to searching for a brand that actually delivers.

This is the second ring I have received. First it was the wrong ring, we sent the wrong one back and waited for the correct ring to come in. When we received it, it was just not what the images on the site represented it as. We ordered the Smith ring because my fiance loved the worn look as well as the dents and dimples. Upon receiving his ring he was disappointed to find it was just covered in scratches, with no denting or dimpling like the images online. Overall we have had a terrible experience with Thorum and are also disappointed that we would have to pay to have this sent back even though it’s not at all what was represented online. We’ll be attempting to return and finding another company to go with after this disappointing experience.
