Wrong product
I ordered the serum on May 30th. I received the wrong product and reached out for about a week and a half before I heard anything from the company. They told me they were going to send me my product along with some free items as an apology. They sent the free items but I still never received the serum. This is some of the strangest customer service I’ve ever dealt with. It’s July 6th and I still haven’t received my product. I’m now working with my bank to get a refund.

I've tried numerous firming serums and am finally convinced that none of them work! I discovered this brand, accidently, through a monthly subscription from Itsy and I can actually say, I am finished searching. I use the firming serum WITH the eye brightener. I do NOT believe anything topical can rid you of wrinkles, BUT! I can say that using these 2 products by THIS BRAND! extends the life of botox and fillers. I AM FINALLY FINISHED SEARCHING!! Thank you Ona, New York! The search was exhausting!
