Healthy, established lychee tree — better than expected

I was really impressed with this lychee tree. It arrived healthy, full, and much more established than I expected, with a thick trunk, strong branching, and plenty of fresh new growth. There were a few minor leaf blemishes, but nothing unusual for a shipped tropical tree. Overall, it looked vigorous, well-grown, and ready to keep pushing. Very happy with the purchase. Based on this tree, I’d feel confident ordering again.

Leaves a little brown, probably just from being in the box during transit but it looks like it’s doing pretty good now.

Dry and Wilted Lychee

I received a lychee tree that was dry and wilted and when I reached out to customer service was told that I could choose to have the tree replaced or be refunded. I asked for a replacement tree but then was later told I would be refunded. Overall dissatisfied with the quality of the product and the level of customer service.
