Espresso 61 is my favorite roast I use to make latte’s and Americano’s. Adding my favorite pure maple syrup is worth going home to get a smooth Maple Latte. Bonus.. both Fika beans and favorite maple syrup are from MN. I prefer the 5 lb bag shipped free. Thank you Fika!

Espresso 61 has been our go to bean for our espresso machine for the past 2 years.
The roast is just right whether I’m making a latte or a simple espresso.
I also love getting my monthly subscription box. The note that arrives about the weather when the order was packed instantly transports me to the MN shore of Lake Superior, one of my favorite places in the world.
