Was no told item was out of stock
Was issued a gift card and store credit for an item I returned that I was not told was out of stock. I would have kept the item with the ripped seam and sewed it myself if I had known it was out of stock. Very disappointed in the experience, and that I received store credit rather than a refund. Will not shop from this store anymore once my store credit is gone. Really frustrating.
