Too astringent, tart, sour, orange pitch tannin. Not very pleasant.

Very fruity and flavorful bar. Great quality.

I tasted the figs, dates, and roses, but mainly got a big punch of red wine flavor. I agree with E.R. about the tart apple cider vinegar flavor. Almost like a tangy tamarind sauce. It's definitely an interesting bar.
