Braided Series Stereo Straight Plug-Right Angle Plug

My order was made wrong and no one will respond to my repeated emails and voicemails

I am unfortunately unable to leave a review of my cables because it arrived incorrect 11 days ago and has been sitting on my desk unused since receiving it. In that time I have sent 4 emails and left at least 4 voicemails trying to get it corrected. I am a big fan of Spectraflex cables and regulary use a pair bought 20+ years ago. My most recent cable was bought last November and arrived with no issues. It pains me to post this as I am not one to leave negative reviews and am willing to give the other party time to respond. I feel that at this point it may be the only way to get someone to correct the problem.

The plug works great! After an initial problem with the order, Neil corrected the order and I received the cable I needed.
