Love this spice which is known as pul biber in Turkey (where I lived for many years). Use it in lots of dishes (eg Turkish eggs). Most recently used it to make Nigella Lawson’s Crab Mac’n’Cheese (from her latest book, “Cook, Eat, Repeat”).
