This has become my bible. It is exactly what I need for accountability and transparency. Did I take my medication all week? What was my mood like on Wednesday? What did I do on Saturday? A two minute quick scribble every day and I have a record (because my memory isn't trustworthy)

I normally don’t buy pre-made planners as I find they don’t suit my needs. I am so glad I bought the rituals one. I can definitely make this work for me.

I love my Creator’s Friend tri-fold. The Daisy is so beautiful. I have my whole life and space for some creativity in the set up as well. Love it so much and have been spreading the link repeatedly with people. Suits my brain and the way it works. Thanks x
