I’ve never been to Scotland but I imagine this is what it would smell like. When it first starts to melt I get more of a pine/evergreen scent but after a while I pick up more of what I think is oak moss. It’s earthy almost musty but not in a bad way. It would pair well with watching Outlander for added ambience.
