I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order. I was previously informed that shipping would take place during the week of August 12th, but I have yet to receive any tracking information. Could you please provide a specific update on when my order will ship? It has been very frustrating to have to continuously follow up for updates rather than receiving proactive communication about these delays. This experience has fallen short of the customer service I expected.

Got today & have taken the 3 like the label has said 🙏. Taste absolutely gorgeous.
