Had bought a pair and loved them enough to buy 2 more

First of all I’m terribly disappointed in the quality, they are plastic with a very hard sole! I’m a senior and if I tried to walk in them I would slip and fall. I thought I was purchasing Ugg ballet slippers and to find they are a poor imitation at $130. was a shock and an expensive lesson to realize that your company sells these is incredulous. I was told that your sales are final and unreturnable, never worn! I will never ever purchase anything from your company again, sorry.

The shoe fits too loosely in the heel for me. I will always have to wear socks, which is not my preference. However, I like the shoe. My only objection is your advertisements claiming the shoe as part of the UGG brand. It is clearly not, so please cease your false advertising.
