I had a great time at puppy yoga. The staff was welcoming; I didn’t really even need my towel unless I wanted it. There were plenty of puppies for everyone to interact with and I think the space was good. I do think maybe a more spaced out time range could be beneficial as my group had some veryyyy sleepy puppies, but I can’t say I’m complaining since I had one sleep on me half the class. Great experience! Very clean and prepared studio I would say.

The puppies were so cute and the staff was good about bringing the puppies around. The yoga was good, wish there was a little more room between mats because I was constantly bumping into people.

I surprised my teen daughters with a morning of puppy yoga and I have to say, I am officially mom of the decade. We all enjoyed our experience. When we arrived we found our mats and the puppies were already out and about and playing. I recommend arriving early, you get more puppy time that way. ;) Once everyone arrived and was settled we began the yoga portion, but until then we were able to play and cuddle with the puppies. I have never done yoga before and was a little nervous about that portion, my age is catching up with me and I'm not as bendy as I used to be. The instructor lead us through very beginner moves, and I was able to do them all, my girls enjoyed it even though they are more advanced than I am. The puppies roamed around during this portion and pleasantly interrupted, stopping to interact with the puppies was fine and it was easy to pick back up. After the yoga portion was done, it was a free for all to play with and cuddle the puppies. Some of the puppies were older and some were pretty young, so there was a mix of puppies wandering from person to person and puppies that had to be gently passed around. There were more attendees than puppies, but the staff was good about making sure that each group had a puppy and folks didn't monopolize them and we were encouraged to share. We got to snuggle each puppy and got some super cute pictures. I assumed all of the puppies would already be committed to families, but there were a few that still needed homes and attendees were encouraged to learn more about those puppies and talk with the owner about the ones that were still available. All in all it was very interactive, professional, and super fun. I would definitely recommend it. Both of my girls thought it was the perfect way to end the school year.
