Its ok, blood pressure reading are done on the hour every hour. I would have preferred real time or every 10 minute.

Head measuring unit very good seems reasonable accurate as a guide. Battery life is long not yet recharged after everyday use.
Only let down are supplied straps not really big enough, change for a suitable nato style nylon woven strap, more comfortable and secure.

A good, value for money option for a step tracker. I like the option to monitor sleep and steps, but found it extremely out of sync when conpared to my cuff heart beat and blood pressure results done at home. Comparitive tests were carried out at regular intervals during the week. Not a product I rely on for accuracy, but easy to set up and comfortable to wear.
