Fun project

I am very pleased with how the baby quilt turned out. It was my first time doing an appliqué quilt and the first time doing quilt as you go. The quilt itself is 50”x50” which is very large for a baby quilt, it’s more like a lap quilt. Baby quilts are traditionally smaller 30”x 40” which if I was to do again I could easily modify to as the blocks are 10”x10” or 10”x20”. It was a gift for my niece’s baby and she was thrilled to receive it. Instructions were very good and easy to follow.

Excellent pattern as always. Clear diagrams and instructions, with reminders to video links if I want to watch a demo of any particular stage. Great fun to work with, so always enjoyable to use.
