Very dissapointed customer service I have sent 3 emails explaining the issue with the dog tag ring that attaches the tag to the shackle. Yes the collar is nice quality but the tag ring is poor quality which led to the tag coming off. I can only now reluctantly return it but with no response I am sceptical if I will even receive a refund as no replies to any email and the phone number does not work. Please help and respond to emails.
