Customer service is subpar

I received my order but it was not entirely complete. I'm missing one of the patches I ordered. I have emailed twice and have got zero response. I called today and the message on the phone was to email Amy. I've done that to no avail. Love the products but your customer service needs help. Amy has not or can not respond to my emails. What recourse do I have to receive the item I have already paid for?

Snug but Nice.

This particular style, fitted with mesh back, fits a bit too snug for my 7 plus noggin. I have the fitted Condor non mesh style and it fits perfect. So it's this style in particular. Also star docked because patch area on crown is sewn on off center. Still, well made cap if you have a bit smaller head than my 7 and 3/4 head. You may also prefer a tighter fit. So, might work for you, even with a bigger head. FYI, this hat sits a bit higher, like the trucker hats of yester-year. Not a knock just a style preference. In my case, I'm considering gifting it to my brother, who was blessed with a head he can get thru a door!
