Essential Performance Pre-Workout

Flavor was pretty good but not my favorite compared to other brands. I think it's a very smooth pre-workout and the beta alanine hit way harder than I wanted. Just not the right one for me.

Its good, but I prefer the Essential Pre Workout Icy Lemon Slush.
