Seattle - SoDo Studio 2

This was my second class and first time at this location. I had such an amazing experience at my first class so I decided to bring my friend, who’s going through a very difficult time, and hoped they’d have the same experience. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. When we arrived we were told there was a celebrity guest joining the class for content, which was fine and ended up being a laid back and kind group. The disappointment came from the staff, who sat on their phones while the puppies slept in a far corner, and did not engage or ensure the guests had quality puppy time. As soon as the pop star arrived, which was near the end of the yoga session, both staff members grabbed all the sleeping puppies and brought them to the celebrity and her group, the first time they did so the whole class. It got to the point that one of the women in the pop star’s group was bringing the puppies to us guests because she noticed we had none in our area (which was separated to the back of the class). We all paid money for the class but were ignored, and in comparison to my previous class the customer service and experience was extremely disappointing. I’d hope to return to more classes monthly, but am now unsure. If this is how classes typically run I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

I was very disappointed by the cancellation policy. The studio enforces a strict 3 day cancellation policy and would not allow me to reschedule. For a hight priced experience, I would expect more flexibility and understanding that people sometimes get sick or have family emergencies. The policy feels unnecessarily rigid and makes me hesitant to book again

I love the experience to be with the puppies and the yoga is the right amount of stretch but still 'be with the puppy experience'. The only thing I didn't like was that the puppies were dressed is little costumes, it takes away from the cuteness I think. You also can't pet them properly cause you are petting clothes half the time, so I would highly suggest not dressing them up.
