Outstanding lamb
I ordered 1 dry aged rack for Easter dinner. Guest list grew and I needed more at last second. Had to fill in with NZ grass-fed rack, and there was simply no comparison. We tasted side by side, Brunson’s Dry Aged Lamb rack was much tender, flavorful, and had a certain welcome mouth feel that just was over the top. Highly recommended, spectacular cut of meat.

Great Choice
I wasn't sure what to expect from "dry-aged" lamb. It was absolutely delicious and I will certainly order this again. The nutty flavor of dry aging was apparent.
