good to have small book to carry around

This small notebook is the right size and weight to carry around wherever you go (including around the country or overseas) so that's great. I Like having it. I would have liked more room to note food pairings, wine parings and notes. The top half of the page is useful for adding specific information that one might need if buying again or comparing origins, and there is one line that can be used for price or where you bought it (and of course the margins can be used for extra notes). However, the box at the bottom of the page takes up a third of the space and is a picture of a wheel naming possible flavours. I think this could have been information placed in the preceding pages for use with tasters' suggestions and the space left for the taster's own thoughts. So far I have tasted several cheeses and not needed to use that box at all. I think that people who love cheese but have never bothered to make detailed notes of the different ones they try would find this very useful for focusing on their tastes and then remembering the cheeses.

Outstanding customer service

Without question...the products are essential if you love cheese.....however, the customer service is what sets this company apart. My package was sent two day express...16 days later I received it....in the meantime this amazing company resent the order...no questions, no hesitation. Yes, I will be returning the second order...when it arrives...and I’m a customer for life.

Great customer service and products

Ordered the Cheese Log and some cheese bags. Through a snafu with USPS, the order got returned. I alerted Formaticum and they instantly re-sent my order. Outstanding customer service. They also send follow-up emails to make sure you are 100% pleased with your order. As for the Cheese Log, it was much more than I expected. There are several pages of introductory tips and cheese info. The individual pages to record your cheeses are very straight forward and detailed enough to remind you how great the cheese was. Kudos for this company. I highly recommend their products.
