Best sleep I have had in Months!

Tried swol sleep last week. It was so easy to drink. The berry flavor was fantastic, not too over powering! Wasn’t chalky at all. My amazfit trex reported the best sleep I have had in months every night I took it. I had sleep scores in the 90’s. I will be adding this to my nightly routine everyday!

Not only do I feel more rested after taking Swol sleep- my Whoop shows a marked increase in deep sleep on nights I take it vs nights I don’t. Flavor is good and mild. I mix with about 12-16 ounces of water about 30 minutes before u want to fall asleep.
